The following items are to be included in the bid: reclamation of the R-22 refrigerant to be stored in reclaim drums and to become the property of the City of Milbank; removal and disposal of the existing chiller; setting of the new chiller including crane fees; new copper pipe outdoors to connect to the new chiller; new vibration eliminators; new butterfly isolation valves; new gauges, temperature sensors, and wells; flanges needed for butterfly valves and chiller evaporator connections; temperature and pressure gauges; wells and saddle clamps needed for sensors and pressure gauges; bracketing materials for piping; new insulation and PVC wrap to protect the insulation from weather as needed; control integration and bracket connection to the chiller; labor and freight.
