Specifications include, but are not limited to: Beginning June 1, 2021, the Vendor will assume operations of URI’s steam generation plant. URI will agree to receive all steam generated and return condensate, pursuant to the terms of the Steam Services Agreement. 3. The vendor will take any and all action necessary to adhere to the requirements established in the Steam Services Agreement. 4. The vendor will be compensated based on a fixed monthly service rate, established in Exhibit 1 of the Steam Services Agreement. This monthly service rate may be adjusted for each Billing Period based on performance guarantee penalties and bonuses. These are described in Exhibit 3 of the Agreement 5. Vendor will provide URI with relevant documentation as required to comply with Steam Services Agreement. 6. This facility is subject to a Title V Operating Permit. (Available for review on request.) Vendor shall be responsible to become familiar with and to adhere to all permit regulations/requirements and will need to work with the university compliance manager and RIDEM as needed to ensure full compliance with the permit.
