Specifications include, but are not limited to: modification of nine (9) classrooms to “Hyflex Classrooms” located in (6) six different CSN campuses across Southern Nevada including: (1) Mesquite – 150 N. Yucca Street, Mesquite, NV 89027 (Room 2); (2) North Las Vegas Building H – 3200 E Cheyenne Avenue, North Las Vegas 89030 (Rooms H117 & H204); (3) West Charleston Building I – 6375 W Charleston Blvd. Las Vegas 89146 (Rooms I208 & I210); (4) Henderson Building C – 700 College Drive, Henderson, NV 89002 (Rooms C227 & C228); (5) Summerlin – 333 S Pavilion Center Dr. Las Vegas, NV 89144 (Room 115); (6) Green Valley – 1560 W Warm Springs Road, Henderson, NV 89014 (Room 125); Contractor to provide all infrastructure for each classroom. TV’s, Interactive TV’s, ceiling speakers, ceiling microphone, camera’s and room scheduler’s will be provided and installed by owner. Room finish upgrades include carpet, paint, wall base and ceiling tiles and room finish upgrades such as paint, carpet, wall base and ceiling tiles to CSN standards (room finish upgrades occur in 6/9 of the classrooms). Power and data to be installed for all new devices. Demolition includes: removing existing white boards, speakers, projector screens, projectors, and room finishes including carpet and wall base (room finish upgrades occur in 6/9 of the classrooms). Occupancy and loads will remain as existing. There will be no life safety or structural alterations. There are no building envelope changes.
