Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project begins on N. Union Street, at the north right of way of 7th Street (State Road 8) and ends at the south right of way of 1st Street. The project also includes 165' of 2nd Street, east of Union Street, and 138' of 3rd Street, east of Union Street. Project consists of total reconstruction of approximately 1458 linear feet of street pavement at varying widths from 12 feet to 34 feet for a total of 4,860 square yards, with pavement section to be 5-1/2 inches of asphalt on 12 inches of limestone base or 4 inches of asphalt on 10 inches of limestone, including placement of approximately 2,450 linear feet of 4 inch perforated flex under-drain pipe. Also including removal and replacement of the following: approximately 653 square yards of concrete sidewalk, 100 square yards of concrete ADA ramp, 2300 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 430 square yards of concrete street and driveway approach, and all grass restoration.
