Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replace existing Trane 7.5 ton cooling split system; Removal of old system • Proper removal of existing cooling system refrigerant and piping • Removal of old air handler unit and necessary duct work located attic with proper disposal • Install new duct work with connections to existing duct work • Install 2 new 1600cfm air handlers unit in attic with proper connections and testing • Install 2 3.5 ton 13 Seer condensers, new line sets, two separate thermostats and all ducting tie ins Remove two System 2000 oil boilers; Convert to High Efficiency Natural Gas boiler • Obtain any necessary permits • Proper removal of existing System 2000 oil boilers and piping • Proper removal of 1 of 2 existing circulator pumps • Pipe new boiler across attic from new meter location with black iron piping • Install new wall mounted 199,900 btu natural gas fired boiler and circulator pump • Install new dirt and air separator and mag filter and necessary piping • Install new fresh air and exhaust venting to boiler • Wire high and low voltage to boiler • Wrap all new hot water piping with insulation • Cap off existing flue venting • Conduct proper testing of new system
