Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The system must provide user access by DDDS, provider staff, and individuals receiving services and their family members or guardian.; 2. The system must create and establish a workflow for member enrollment to include approvals and status reporting and tracking; 3. The system must create a member profile that is stored per record retention requirements; 4. The system must enable DDDS to develop a standardized template for each type of service for providers to document services they provide to DDDS members and progress toward service specific goals in a "daily note". The system must support both the ability to describe progress toward goals from a pre-defined set of DDDS-defined options and also require a narrative note.; 5. The system must provide the ability to incorporate future interfaces
