Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Must be web-based 2. Must incorporate existing data of DDDS and its contracted service providers that 3. currently resides in the Therap Services hosted internet software suite. 4. Must have multilevel-Access Privilege (Role-based) 5. Must provide for electronic signatures and audit trails 6. Must provide comprehensive reports for all data areas, both detailed reports at the client level and aggregate reports by case manager, provider, region or statewide. 7. Must support alerts to specified staff (based on role) when specified sentinel events occur such as, member death, member hospitalization, change in team members, change in living arrangement, etc. 8. Must be HIPAA compliant 9. Must contain at minimum the following elements: individual record including demographics; emergency data; person centered plan; incident reporting; provider individual service plans; health tracking; intake records; case management notes; attendance/utilization modules and a billing system that creates HIPAA compliant electronic claim transactions; personal finance, and program management 10. The system must be capable (via User Agreement with UMKC) of incorporating and automating the Charting the Life Course planning tools 11. Must support security structures that enable state-wide program management 12. Retains medical, financial, and other supporting records relating to each Medicaid claim for not less than six (6) years after the claim is submitted
