Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work includes the installation of storm drainpipe, catch basin and drain manhole structures, street reconstruction, earthwork, dewatering, pedestrian and vehicular traffic control, and associated work as shown on contract drawings and documents. The project includes, but, is not limited to the following items: 1. Installation of 770 linear feet or new storm drain pipe, 3 precast concrete catch basins, and 6 precast concrete manholes and all construction activities associated with underground utility work. 2. Removal of 1 existing storm drain manhole and abandonment with flowable fill of 500 linear feet of existing 12" storm drain, 70 linear feet of existing 10" storm drain, 50 linear feet of existing 16" storm drain, and 10 linear feet of existing 18" storm drain. 3. Surface restoration including full depth pavement from curb to curb, sidewalks, and vegetated areas. 4. Vehicular and pedestrian traffic control
