Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Evaluate steps in analysis procedures from evidence submission to completion of reports.; • Evaluate current processes and recommend ways to improve quality and while minimizing the risk of errors contamination in processes.; • Assess and recommend more efficient communication methods with outside agencies.; • Increase efficiency in our administrative processes.; • Assist in creating performance standards for analysts as well as the respective units as a whole.; • Streamline the processing of casework.; • Develop metrics for measuring improvement.; • ASCDL must approve any subcontractor personnel; • Assigned personnel must receive a criminal background performed by the Department of Public Safety before working on the project.; • Approval by ASCDL of Lean Six Sigma Team members (i.e. credentials, curriculum vitae, etc.).; • Evaluate and provide recommendation on developing a digital documentation workflowin the; Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
