Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Comply with IDAPA 16.07.19, Behavior Health Certification of Peer Support Specialists and Family Support Partners Rules.; 2. Comply with the Department’s practice standards for Certified Peer Support Specialists (CPSSs) and Certified Family Support Partners (CFSPs), including any/all revisions identified on the Department’s website for CPSS and CFSP standards https://healthandwelfare.idaho.gov/providers/behavioral-health-providers/peer-and-family-support-specialists; 3. Notify the Department if considering updates or changes to the certification requirements. Updates or changes must be reviewed and approved by the Department prior to implementation.; 4. Not respond to requests for public information or issue news releases pertaining to any of the activities funded under the Contract, nor publish any data generated under the Contract without the prior written consent of the Department. All requests for information must be referred to the Department’s Contract Monitor within two (2) business days of receipt. ; 5. Develop, implement and maintain a website to access certification information that includes, but is not limited to: a. CPSSs and CFSPs certification requirements;; b. Certification processes;; c. Access to applications;; d. Resource information;; e. The process for filing Complaints, Grievances, and Appeals; and; f. The process for issuing Denials, Revocations or Suspensions.; 6. Maintain a staffed business telephone number and fax number for services to be provided under the Contract.; 7. Maintain office business hours from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays. A list of state holidays is located on the internet at: https://www.idaho.gov/government/state-holidays/.; 8. Attend a Contract kick-off meeting with the Department and the Department’s Contract Monitor. Attendance of this meeting must be at the Contractor’s expense.
