Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Demonstrated dedicated staff capacity and/or ability to recruit and retain dedicated staff necessary to carry out contract functions. 2. Proven ability to create, support, and modify trainings and training materials in the areas of identification of brain injury, as well as support to individuals with brain injury and their caregivers. 3. Ability to staff, develop, and implement a program of Neuro Resource Facilitation. 4. Collaborative relationships with State and community partners who can provide input on needs of individuals in the community with brain injury as well as supportive services necessary to help meet those needs such as Assistive Technology, mental health, etc.
