Specifications include, but are not limited to: claims management, loss control, managed care, litigation management, risk management information services, Medicare Secondary Payer mandatory reporting, and other related workers’ compensation services as described herein. Wage replacement (indemnity), medical, legal, permanency ratings and other specified claim expenses and/or fees including but not limited to surveillance, nurse case management, medical bill review, utilization review, or subrogation expenses shall be paid by the TPA and then reimbursed by the State on a monthly basis.; 1. Transfer all electronic claims data for “tail claims” incurred on or after July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2022 from current TPA.; 2. Map every data element and information type from current TPA to a location in the Bidder’s system.; 3. All open, closed and/or reported claims data, including imaged documents, must be assimilated.; 4. Notify claimants and providers of the change in TPA.; 5. Ensure a seamless transition in indemnity payments and medical treatment/managed care.
