Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this solicitation is to contract with multiple professional service firms that OMB can assign, as needed, to Statewide Major Capital Projects. 29 Del. C. § 6986. This program encompasses new construction, improvements, renovations, repairs, and replacements for Major Capital Projects administered by OMB. OMB retains the right to advertise separately for professional services for certain Major Capital Projects that have an estimated construction budget over $20 million or are considered to be of a specialty or sensitive nature (e.g., new prison facility, new medical facility, new lab facility, etc.). The selection of the specific projects is at OMB’s discretion. Each respondent should specifically identify all of the following professional services that their firm is qualified to perform (do not include any sub-contractor services): • Architectural; • Structural; • Civil; • Geotechnical; • Mechanical; • Electrical; • Plumbing; • Interior Design
