Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Self-service jobseeker and employer system modules for DETR’s Nevada JobConnect offices, statewide.; • A training provider module for the eligible training providers who contract with DETR and Nevada’s two local workforce development boards.; • Staff services modules for DETR’s workforce staff to utilize in the service of jobseekers, employers and vendors that includes staff recordkeeping components for case management, reporting functionality, and other system needs as identified by DETR and/or its workforce offices.; • Administrative IT functionality requirements that include, but are not limited to: o Dependable, modern, high-quality hardware and performance; o Dependable, modern, high-quality hosting, security and system redundancy; o Mobile and social media functionality; o Security access and features that comply with Federal and Nevada state policies; and; o Dependable and responsive maintenance, training and support.; • Financial management and a system of record modules for vendors/provider invoices, agency/program budgets, grant disbursements, local workforce board expenses, and other DETR fiscal components.; • IT interfaces for required data exchanges.
