Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor must: 1. Provide and install satellite equipment and satellite television services for the following buildings: a) The Psychiatric Treatment Facility (nine (9) televisions).; b) Syringa Chalet Nursing Facility (five (45) televisions).; c) The Gym (two (2) televisions). 2. Provide service via RJ6 cabling. a) single point demarcation for each facility (Psychiatric Treatment Facility, Syringa Chalet Nursing Facility, and Gym) in the switch/comm closet; b) Contractor provided equipment (besides any satellite dishes provided by the Contractor) must either be server rack mounted, wall mounted, or if a stand-alone cabinet is the only installation option, it must not take up more than twenty four inches by thirty six inches (24" x 36") footprint, as it must safely be installed in the SHS’s currently existing switch/comm closets.; 3. Provide customer service support via phone, online chat, and or email to assist in resolving minor issues that would not require the Contractor’s technicians to be onsite to resolve. a) Customer support hours must be at a minimum of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM MST.; 4. Maintain equipment and respond to service calls as needed at no additional cost to the Department. a) The Contractor must respond to service calls and reports of outages within one (1) business day of notification.; 5. Provide a Basic television service including at least the following minimum channels: a) CBS-KIDK; b) PBS-KISU; c) PBS PLUS HD-KISU; d) ABC-KIFI
