Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The Contractor shall provide tents and personnel for tent setup to the Fairgrounds. • Services shall be provided during the annual Indiana State Fair and on an as-neededbasis during each contractual year. • Tent services during the Fair shall be rendered in similar quantities as described in the Section IX - Pricing Information Sheet. • Provide clean, quality tents. All tents must be in good shape (no holes, rips, tears, etc.) • The Contractor shall provide on-site personnel for setup of the Fair. • On-site personnel shall remain on-site or be available to be on-site within one to two hours of a call during the 18 day Fair. • Contractor’s personnel shall set up and tear-down tents in a timely manner based on deadlines provided by the Commission. • All tear-downs shall be complete as scheduled and within six (6) days following the annual State Fair unless otherwise specified. • Contractor and Contractor staff shall report to the Commission’s Director of Event Services.
