The Adult Protective Services (APS) Unit of the Division of Licensing and Protection (DLP) of the Department for Disabilities, Aging, and Independent Living (DAIL) is requesting estimates for a new Investigation Case Management System. Vermont’s Adult Protective Services (APS) program is the primary unit of state government responsible for investigating allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of vulnerable adults under Title 33 of Vermont Statutes. APS is looking for cost estimates and statement of work for replacing their current system. A user-friendly system with a user intuitive customer facing web input mechanism. A system that can be configured to better meet their specific business practices and process flows. The system also needs to support the storage of all artifacts of an investigative case, including large files which has the potential to include videos. Solution options are open to all bids for Salesforce SaaS solutions that will be hosted on the State’s Salesforce Case Management Architecture.
