Specifications include, but are not limited to: Removal of Existing HVAC System a. Remove existing OAHU-R.01 with VFD, condensate piping, chill water supply and return piping, wiring and associated controls. b. Remove Fan Coil Units FCU-P.01, FCU-P02, and FCU-P.03 condensate piping, chill water supply and return piping, wiring and associated controls. Chill water as required both supply and return will be removed to isolation valves. c. Steam pipe piping to be removed and capped at the 4th floor mechanical room. d. Remove the duct riser for OAHU – R-01. e. Remove the drywall at the shaft wall on the 5th floor as required and reinstall the duct. f. Remove existing unit heater and associated controls. **Note: Conduit and circuits will be reused as per the contract documents. DDC control panel is to be reused per the contract documents. Installation of New HVAC Equipment a. Install OAHU-R.01 with VFD, and associated piping, wiring and associated controls to ensure a complete system. Re-flash at the roof curb as required. b. Install Fan Coil Units per the contract documents. All associated piping, wiring, and controls to ensure a complete system. c. Install unit heaters per the contract documents associated wiring controls to ensure a complete system. d. Clean all duct, grills and equipment. Coordination with test and balance and commissioning is required.
