Specifications include, but are not limited to: SIDEWALKS: Remove all pavement from existing sidewalks. Remove trees at 5 Sylvan & 15 Sylvan. Box cut 12” and remove all existing curb. Add 12” of Type A Gravel, resetting existing curb, as well as replacing sections of existing curb with new granite curb, setting each to leave a 7” reveal after paving. Curb on eastern side will be moved in approximately 3’ and rebuilt. Ensure all curb ramps meet ADA Standards. Pave all remaining sidewalk areas with 2” of 9.5 mm HMA. Perform lawn repair as needed. ROADWAY: Lower and plate all manholes and water gates to prep for milling. Mill entire roadway at a depth of approximately 2”. Narrow roadway down to approximately 34’. Place a layer of 9.5 mm HMA Shim across entire roadway. Adjust structures to final grade. Prep driveway entrances. Pave 1.5” of 12.5 mm HMA Surface. Perform driveway apron paving as necessary at a depth of 2”.
