Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Facilities Standards and Operational Requirements 1. Provide project staff, at a minimum, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, excluding State holidays and administrative closings. 2. Provide a payment and performance bond, specifically: a. Obtain and maintain, for the initial period of performance and subsequent renewal periods, a payment bond, in a form acceptable to the Department, in an amount equal to the total contract amount of all subcontracts with whom the awarded Bidder intends to subcontract with; and b. Obtain and maintain, for the term of the initial period of performance and subsequent renewal periods, a performance bond, in a form acceptable to the Department, in an amount equal to the contract amount between the Department and awarded Bidder.
