Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Educating and guiding Department employees regarding accreditation criteria; 2. Monitoring onsite evidence and data supporting performance by the Department to demonstrate successful achievement of accreditation.; 3. Administration of surveys; 4. Development of policies and procedures; 5. Alignment of policies and practices to standards; 6. Work with Department employees and administrators to ensure processes are in place and formally documented; 7. Coordinate with COA to ensure all criteria is met and assist the Department with implementation of meeting the COA standards; 8. Coordination of all Department Divisions, including but not limited to, Workforce Development, Policy, and the Division of Performance Improvement; 9. Assist with COA site visits to the Department; 10. Submission of quarterly updates to the Department regarding the status of the Accreditation
