Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide WIC services in accordance with: a. Maine CDC WIC Nutrition Program Policy; b. 10-144 C.M.R. Ch. 286; and c. 7 C.F.R. § 246.; 2. Assess and document in the SPIRIT MIS nutrition and health risk for Participants according to: a. Maine CDC WIC Nutrition Program Policy; and; b. CE-3 Nutrition Risk Determination.; 3. Develop and implement a community outreach and Participant retention plan utilizing the template in Appendix K.; a. Outreach activities shall be in alignment with the Maine CDC WIC Nutrition Program Policy, CM-3 Community Outreach and Participant Retention, Procedures 2 and 4.; 4. Provide technology equipment and information technology services according to: a. Maine CDC WIC Nutrition Program Policy; b. IS-5 Local Agency Information Technology Requirements; c. Maine’s Office of Information Technology’s policies, including but not limited to: i. Information Security Policy; and; ii. Information Privacy Policy.; d. Policy to Safeguard Information on Portable Computing and Storage Devices.; 5. Protect Department equipment from loss, theft, or damage, including, but not limited to: a. Anthropometric and hematological equipment; b. Printers; c. Laptops
