Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construction of a new water treatment facility constructed of wood framing with vinyl siding, with a standing seam metal roof and installation of well pumps. The water treatment facility will be equipped with ancillary piping and chemical feed systems, VFDs, electrical, lighting, unit heaters, propane tanks and a exterior mounted emergency standby generator. The site work includes, grading, chain link fence and gates, site piping, and underground electrical service as shown on the design plans. The number of days to substantial completion is 180 and final completion is 210 days. The building foundation and water mains stubbed out above building slab elevation has been completed under Contract 1.
