Specifications include, but are not limited to: A Job Order Contract is an indefinite quantity construction contract pursuant to which the Contractor may perform an ongoing series of individual Projects at different locations and facilities under the jurisdiction of the Owner. Job Order Contracting is typically used for maintenance, repair, alteration, demolition, renovation, remediation or minor construction of a public work. C. The work under this agreement will be performed at various Clark County owned or leased properties, buildings, structures, and parks throughout Clark County Nevada on an on-call basis.
