Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Design seven newly designed and coded Percussion CM1 templates including device testing that works with modern, supported desktops web browsers (PC) and mobile devices (phones-tablets).; 2. Provide content migration for approximately 200 pages from existing website in Percussion CM1 and switch each page to the new template it needs to be associated with. Move any content around as necessary to fit the new design.; 3. Provide new Logo Design working closely with Dover Public Library on feedback and revision as necessary. Format vector files for printing in large format, transparent PMG, flat JPG and up to three color variations.; 4. Items excluded as part of this RFP are hosting, email or domain cost, ongoing care/maintenance on the website once project is complete or any membership/sign in options or website visitors.; 5. It is anticipated that all work will be performed remotely, including meetings.
