Specifications include, but are not limited to: 24/7/365 Network Monitoring: ensure that 18 ISP circuits and on premise network hardware maintain connectivity for approximately 300 city employees Servers: support Simplivity server cluster, support 16 machines running Windows Server, assist with troubleshooting issues as they arise, complete monthly patching on of all Windows servers Switches and routers: support 10 switches and 17 Fortinet routers, troubleshoot any issues that arise Vendor management: Contact vendors for hardware support as needed. This may be independently or with a member of the city IT department Warranty management: Ensure that warranties, support contracts and licenses remain current Backups: Ensure backups run successfully on schedule and test backups periodically On-site services: perform work on-site when troubleshooting cannot be accomplished remotely
