Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Electronic application and payment for new or renewal liquor licenses or permits by applicants or licensees.; 2. Electronic review and issuance of licenses or permits by BABLO administrators.; 3. Electronic updates and issuance of permanent or temporary licenses or permits in remote locations, i.e. offline update and sync up later by BABLO inspectors.; 4. Electronic issuance and administration of liquor license violations by BABLO inspectors.; 5. Electronic approval or rejection of on-premises license and permit applications in the system by municipalities or counties, as applicable.; 6. Electronic appeal process for applicants or licensees to utilize due to the denial of on-premises license applications by municipalities or counties, as applicable. ; 7. Electronic issuance of liquor license violations by local law enforcement entities that are under a current Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Division.; 8. Electronic filing of excise tax reports, shipment reports, invoices, and purchase orders for malt liquor, wine and low alcohol spirits, and payments of excise tax assessment by out of state manufacturers/wholesalers (COAs), in-state manufacturers and in-state wholesalers. ; 9. Electronic submission of new, deletion, or modification of existing label registrations by COAs and in-state manufacturers, along with price postings for malt liquor, malt liquor based products, wine or wine-based products.; 10. Automatic notification for licensees of license expiration dates, taxes due etc
