Specifications include, but are not limited to: perform plumbing installation, maintenance and repair to buildings and equipment. Includes demolition, minor construction and renovation of projects and miscellaneous plumbing service as needed. To include, but not limited to: Domestic water heaters and the associated piping, valves, controls, and tempering valves. Domestic plumbing to include kitchen and bathroom fixtures, faucets, back flow preventers, pressure regulating valves and drains. Drainage and sewer system maintenance, repair, and auguring. Light commercial boiler systems including the boiler and associated piping, pumps, radiant heaters, and valves. Normal working hours are from 7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, but work may require on call after-hours, or special hours to accommodate specific building schedules. The rate will be standard for regular workday, or after hours. No overtime rate will be allowed. Response time is to be within 24 hours, or immediate (within one (1) hour) if an emergency situation. Detailed invoice billing is to be submitted at least monthly and must include a project name, location, and hours worked.
