Specifications include, but are not limited to: To include annual maintenance and semi-annual inspections of generators. Service to include oil and filter change, battery test, coolant check, belt and leak check. Replace worn items and fluid as needed. Verification of transfer switch operation. Complete semi-annual inspections. Inspection report log to be provided Normal working hours are from 7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, but work may require on call after-hours, or special hours to accommodate specific building schedules. The rate will be standard for regular workday, or after hours. No overtime rate will be allowed. Inspections to be scheduled with Facilities Services. Detailed invoice billing is to be submitted and must include work performed and hours worked. Response time is to be within 24 hours, or immediate (within one (1) hour) if an emergency situation.
