Specifications include, but are not limited to: Life Resource Account Coordinator EAP is seeking one Contractor to, at a minimum, provide the following functions: • Provide consultation to EAP members via telephone, in person and web as requested by staff. • Learn and make regular use of EAP’s private and confidential database support program. • Coordinate and conduct ‘Lunch and Learn’ workshops and other workshop requests: content delivery and material distribution and collection. • Employer Assistance Program (EAP) outreach and coordination. • Coordinate and conduct in person orientations and events as requested by EAP Staff. • Integrate marketing efforts promoting both the hiring of individuals with disabilities and the promotion of EAP and Life Resources. • Facilitate the integration of EAP clients with disabilities into the State rehabilitation system. • Maintain records and communications with all EAP staff and EAP direct service providers. • Track all utilization, including individual usage, supervisory contacts and scheduled workshop / orientation delivery. • Provide onsite Life Resources services to existing Life Resources accounts within the region. Life Resource services include: Informing individuals about and helping them to access resources to help with daily life challenges, such as transportation difficulties, childcare needs, legal needs, financial challenges, housing and similar other problems. • Short-term support and problem resolution.
