Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Telemedicine platform and programming; • All assessment equipment, hardware and software; • Technology support services; • Comprehensive Mental Health and Medical at home services to all students enrolled within GISD.; • Over the counter medication at each campus site; • Professional services- Pediatric Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians assistants, mental health clinicians, mental health case managers, LCSW, LPC, and LMHCs; • Culturally competent providers; • Behavioral Health assessments; • Evidence-based counseling, stabilization, treatment planning; • Care Management; • Direct therapy services, up to 6 visits than ability to transition to long-term provider; • Periodic ongoing monitoring (6 months); • Crisis Consultation; • Clinical support for staff, parents, students; • Training to all nurses, counselors, and other qualified health professionals participating in the School Mental Health and Health Telemedicine Program in the use and scope of the School Mental Health and Health Telemedicine Services; • Continuing educational opportunities to personal supporting Telemedicine services; • Parental consent forms; • Administrative services during normal business hours; • Appointment scheduling and other personnel required to complete a telemedicine visit; • After Visit Summaries; • Promotional material, including but not limited to, necessary personnel, materials, and resources to obtain pare
