The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD INTENDS TO SOLE SOURCE under solicitation number W56KGU-16-P-0001. This procurement action is being conducted under FAR part 13 and 6.302-1 with the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), to Ideal Aerosmith, 3001 South Washington St., Grand Forks, ND 5820106716 as only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirement; therefore proposals cannot be submitted directly on this notice. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219. The resultant purchase order will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82.
The requirement is to procure the following: Maintenance and Calibration of Precision Two-Axis Motion Simulation Table System, Model 2002PG-28-TL-SR120, PN 231210-2, SN 25239. This is a non-personnel services contract and the contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the Maintenance and Calibration of Precision Two-Axis Motion Simulation Table System as defined in the Performance Work Statement.
