Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide ambulance and first aid services on the Cal Expo grounds during the annual California State Fair and other events held at Cal Expo. 1) Contractor must provide, on a ready standby basis 10 or more fully-equipped advanced life support ambulances (ALS) which are staffed, licensed, and approved by the California Highway Patrol and the Sacramento County Emergency Medical Service Agency, located within 25 miles of Cal Expo according to the schedules and other requirements described herein. 2) Contractor must provide at least two (2) transport carts, of which one must be gas powered, capable of transporting a patient(s) in a prone position (Performance Pro XT Stryker gurney or equivalent).
