Specifications include, but are not limited to: FOLDING GOOSENECK: Shall by hydraulically controlled, mechanical folding design with a tapered front approach. Gooseneck Length: Approximately 9 - 12 feet. Swing clearance of 105 - 117 inches. 50 – 51 inch 5th wheel height. 16 inch king pin set back. Hydraulics: Hydraulic power shall come from the towing vehicle. The trailer shall NOT utilize a pony motor system. Hydraulic hookups may be capped off or include quick couplers. The location for the hook-ups shall be at the front of the gooseneck with the electrical and air connections. Bulkhead fittings shall be used. Controls to be located on side of gooseneck, driver side, to control full detaching operation. Shall include hydraulic gauge. All hydraulic hoses must be arctic rated. Shall have a gooseneck lock to keep gooseneck in transport position when not hooked to a truck. MAIN DECK: To be 102 inches wide, not including outriggers. (*) Wide Deck (Optional Item – Pricing Required): Shall be 120 inches wide. The main deck length is to be 24 - 27 feet. (*) (Optional Item – Pricing Required): The main deck shall include outriggers to extend the trailer useable width. (*) Must be capable of carrying a load center concentration of 100,000 pounds within any 16 foot section of the main deck. Ground Clearance: Loaded, minimum 8 inches. Deck Height: Loaded, maximum 30 inches. Hardwood decking, all bays to be covered by hardwood or steel. Lash Rings on the main deck to be manufactured standard D style rings as listed in OEM brochure; mounted every 36 inches, maximum. REAR DECK: (*) Length: 13 - 14 feet. Raised rear deck design. Closed center, covered trunnion or boom trough, with hardwood or steel. Fully covered, weight-bearing, wheel areas.
