Specifications include, but are not limited to: Monthly systematic preventative maintenance. Contractor will provide at least one week in advance a written schedule of preventative maintenance to be performed and a breakdown of the tasks to be performed, i.e., adjustments, cleaning, and lubrication of each and every elevator specified in the contract; All lubricants shall be of the proper composition, quality, and grade for the purpose used.; Elevators provided with fire service, derailment devises, seismic switches or other special circuitries shall be checked in January and August of every year to make certain that these devices are operating correctly and as intended. Contractor should advised the CHP Facilities Coordinator or designee at lease one (1) week in advance of testing.
