Specifications include, but are not limited to: Professional Consulting Services for Design for the project, “LAS Improve Drainage at Runway 8 / 26 Complex.” o Converting an existing airfield drainage channel located south of runway 8R / 26 L at McCarran International Airport into a closed conveyance storm drain system as well as junction structure connections to the overall airfield drainage network. The approximate estimated length of open channel to storm drain conversion is 10,000-linear feet. o Earthwork evaluation and re-grading of the existing flood control detention basin located at the end of Runway 26R (at the northwest corner of Sunset Road and Eastern Boulevard) to obtain original design storage volume capacity. o Other miscellaneous drainage improvements within the taxiways and runways along the 8-26 runway complex. o Preparation of a CATEX document to meet the requirements of NEPA.
