Specifications include, but are not limited to: Perform Architectural and Engineering assessments to determine and implement the educational specifications and instructional facilities requirements in regards to Career and Technology Education and Fine Arts Educational Programs for United South High School Campus. 2. Determine the needed building improvements to upgrade and repair major facility operational systems, building components, site infrastructure, instructional technology, and compliance with ADA, OSHA, Applicable Building and Energy Codes. 3. Prepare a detailed report of the facility assessment results with a description of all needed improvements listed by priority, including a cost estimate for each recommended improvement and a proposed schedule for implementation. 4. Provide architectural and engineering consulting services for planning, conceptual design, design development, and preparation of final design plans, specifications, and construction documents, including all architectural and engineering design plans and technical specifications that may be required at United South High School for future additions, expansions, renovations and upgrades. Prepare a cost estimate for all needed facility improvements and a proposed timeline for the turnkey construction of a new building additions for a Fine Arts Facility and an Agricultural Science facility and building renovations of existing Culinary Arts, Building Trades, Automotive Shop, and band practice hall facilities
