Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, licenses, permits, fully operated and maintained vacuum pump tank truck, equipment, and any incidental(s) necessary to empty, and dispose of sewage from the septic tank.; B. During each scheduled service, Contractor shall fill out a date sticker with the name, date, and signature of the Contractor/employee performing the service.; C. Contractor shall ensure each, and every compartment of the septic tank is pumped out whenever it is opened for cleaning.; D. Cleaning operations must be conducted in a manner that will not endanger human health or the environment. Any spillage of sewage must be cleaned up immediately.; E. Contractor shall provide equipment and labor capable of pumping a minimum of five thousand (5,000) gallons of waste.; F. Contractor shall remove all effluent material by suction from the septic tanks and no material of any kind, including clear water, shall be discharged from the disposal truck during the pumping operation.; G. Contactor shall remove and dispose of all debris created during the performance of services.; H. The septic tank pumping services shall meet all applicable County Health Department codes and standards.; I. All effluent material pumped shall be legally disposed of at a dump site. Contractor shall obtain all necessary permits for transporting and disposing of waste material at their own expense.
