Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.2.1 The Program Management Team will perform, at the direction of the WVOT, the following duties as outlined below: 4.1.2.1.1 Will act as liaison and coordinate communication with other entities at the direction of the WVOT 4.1.2.1.2 Will assist the WVOT in establishing policy and communicate changes in policy to staff, other vendors, and key stakeholders. 4.1.2.1.3 Must draft letters, forms, and other documents on behalf of the WVOT upon request. 4.1.2.1.4 Must compile data required for the completion of the project. Data may include, but is not limited to: 4.1.2.1.4.1 Project management plans, schedules, status reports, work breakdown structures, meeting notes, action items, risk and issue logs, presentations, budget tables, specific artifacts, status reports, etc.
