Specifications include, but are not limited to: • This project involves the independent daily operation of the WTAMU Cornette Library café facility weekdays, with the exeception of university holidays. The café shall operates only on days when the library is open to the plublic, and within agreed upon hours. The Amarillo Center campus conduct operations Monday thru Friday and is closed on weekends and recognized university holidays.; • Respondent shall supply all cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment/materisl to adequately cleaim and maintain the café area.; • Respondent shall provide all equipment necessary to perform the contracted food service operation to curent industry standards. Respondent may utilize equipment already provided as listed below but equipment and furniture shall remain the property of WTAMU. This equipment will be clear marked as such.; • Respondent shall clearly mark all equipment and property with their name.; • WTAMU Cornett Library and the Amarillo Center campus shall provide assess to all utilities for operation of the food service facility.; • Any and all permits/licenses/inspections as required by governmental authorities having jurisdiction, whether state, local, county, and/or federal, are the complete responsibility of the Respondent and shall be obtained prior to commencement of work. Any and all expense/cost related to obtaining required permits/licenses/inspections is the sole responsibility of the Respondent.
