Specifications include, but are not limited to: Allows the management and review of student applications to the field education sequence; Provides a database to house agency applications and site mentor information/CVs, with an interface that is easily updated by the agency/site mentor; Provides an ability to indicate in the database annually which agencies are accepting students, how many, and of which level; Provides a student - database interface that will allow students to review potential open placement sites; Provides a student-database interface that will suggest best “matches” of open placement sites to students based on interest and location; Provides workflows to record and track steps along the placement process in the database (For example, interviewing, accepted pending, confirmed, etc.).
