Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Phase 1- Construction and startup of chlorine station and preliminary work on the water tower: February 11, 2022 to May 23, 2022. This shall include all work required to begin using the chlorine station, turning on the interconnection with Kingston Water Department and removing the water tower from service. It should also include construction of the water tower containment structure, removal of sediment from inside the tank and the removal of the cell equipment/antennas.; 2. Phase 2 - Rehabilitation of water tower and well house: May 23, 2022 to September 2, 2022. This shall include the work required to turn on the interconnection with KWD, isolating the water tower from the system, draining the tank, work required to rehabilitate the water tower and return it to service as well as work required to rehabilitate the well house.; 3. Phase 3 – Final Work: September 2, 2022 to December 31, 2022 improvements to tank not affecting water quality, flow or paint adhesion including tank lighting, exterior ladder improvements, cathodic protection system installation and testing, site remediation, cell equipment relocation, and site demobilization.
