Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified firms to provide professional engineering services related to the construction of an Expansion and Upgrades to the Mountain Transit Authority Headquarters, located at 1096 Broad Street, Summersville, WV. The scope of work involves adding an additional 3,000 sq. ft .to the existing building. Within the 3,000 sq. ft. expansion are contained additional offices, a training room, restrooms, a driver's room, a parts supply room and an extension of the current parking lot. In addition, the scope of work includes new LED lighting in the building, relocation of the building's existing downspouts, landscaping and site design, utility coordination/relocation and coordination with local officials.
