Specifications include, but are not limited to: Merrimack County would like to start subscribing to and using Google Workspace Enterprise specifically for use as the County-wide email system. The current County email configuration consists of 7 separate domains each running independent versions of Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 SP2 on Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2. Each domain varies in size with the smallest consisting of 20 mailboxes and the largest containing 185 mailboxes. The total number of mailboxes in the County is roughly 525. All of those mailboxes need to be converted and uploaded to Google Workspace. All 7 domains should be maintained within Google Workspace under the umbrella of the County "enterprise" and should be able to be synced with the associated County Domain Controller via LDAP. A certain portion of mailboxes for each domain will need to be restricted to only communicate "locally" between County domains and access to those mailboxes/ accounts will need to be controlled using geoblocking. All data that passes through the system will need to be retained for up to 99 years using Google's Vault system to comply with the New Hampshire Right-to-Know Law, RSA Chapter 91-A.
