Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall saw cut and remove approximately 122 feet by 2 feet of curb that will beidentified at the bid-walk. Remove debris from work site daily. Form and pour concrete curband gutter with 6” curb and 18” pan. Level and grade existing base rock and compact.Contractor shall grade approximately 122 feet by 18 feet area of parking lot to stop waterfrom pooling. Saw cut, remove and patch areas with gaps larger than 1/4'” as designated atthe bid walk.Contractor shall apply two (2) or more coats of asphalt seal covering on all asphalt surfacesafter having completed all asphalt repairs as indicated on the plans or indicated at the jobwalk. Fill all cracks over ¼” wide with pre-approved rubberized crack filler. Work includesreplacement and reinstallation of broken concrete bumpers: realign and pre-drill loosebumpers; repaint existing painted curbs and re-stripe all spaces and lines.
