Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor resources will support the following: VISION VISION is a state-of-the-art Motor Vehicle Licensing System that supports both DMV counter operations as well as a number of online transactions relating to licensing and renewals. The VISION environment includes Development (DEV), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Certification (CRT), Production (PROD) and Training (TRN) environments. The NH DMV utilizes Microsoft Azure DevOps Server for version control, reporting, requirements management, project management, automated builds, testing and release management capabilities. The DevOps process helps the NH DMV shorten the system development life cycle and helps provide continuous delivery with high software quality. VISION provides for the storage, query and electronic sharing of data with other jurisdictions and partners of the State of NH Department of Safety. Currently, a portfolio of applications is supported for communicating via messages through the AAMVAnet (American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators network). AAMVAnet is a variety of technology services offered by AAMVA including application solutions, network services, software products, and standards that enable the NH DMV to securely share driver, vehicle, and identity verification data with organizations. All applications are interfaced to AAMVAnet through an AAMVA product known as UNI (Unified Network Interface). UNI resides on the State’s IT infrastructure and provides both the application and network interface. UNI assists in message splitting, message grouping, message control, routing validation, logging, and audit trails. All messages are sent online via NCS (Network Control Software) in the AMIE (AAMVAnet Message Interchange Envelope) format.
