Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1 Jetter Truck Services with Operator: 3.1.1.1 Flush truck shall be capable of delivering fifty-five (55) GPM at two thousand (2,000) PSI with a burst pressure of five thousand (5,000) PSI. The truck shall be equipped with a minimum of five hundred (500) feet of one (1) inch I.D. hose.; 3.1.1.2 Flush truck shall be equipped with a hose footage counter.; 3.1.1.3 Flush truck shall have a minimum tank capacity of one thousand (1,000) gallons.; 3.1.2 Laborer for Flush Truck— One additional laborer to assist in the following areas: 3.1.2.1 Laborer for flush truck shall assist as a Flag Person, Watchman, Traffic Control and/or Maintenance Person. The Laborer will be paid on an hourly basis; 3.1.3 Vacuuming Truck with Operator: 3.1.3.1 The Vendor shall supply a tandem axle vacuum tanker truck with a driver to haul sludge, sediment and or lime slurry from acid mine drainage treatment sites designated by a WVDEP/OSR representative. Material may need to be removed from pump vaults and/or ponds.; 3.1.3.1.1 The Vendor will have a Vacuum Truck available on an "as required" basis within 48-hour notice of written request from the WVDEP/OSR representative.; 3.1.3.1.2 Vacuum Trucks designated for hauling lime slurry shall be clean and free of foreign materials prior to arriving on site. This shall be determined by a visual inspection conducted by the WVDEP/OSR representative to ensure trucks are free of foreign materials on arrival. The WVDEP/OSR representative on site may refuse access to pumping if the Vacuum Truck is not clean. Vendor shall not bill hourly rate for a refused truck.; 3.1.4. Laborer for Vacuum Truck— One additional laborer to assist in the following areas: 3.1.4.1 Laborer for Vacuum Truck shall assist as a Flag Person, Watchman, Traffic Control and/or Maintenance Person. The Laborer will be paid on an hourly basis.
