Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Installation of three stainless steel hood enclosures above existing fume hoods to remain, to seal off from room and provide a pressurized environment. 2. Installation of new stainless steel wall and ceiling access panels. 3. Removal and reinstallation of light fixtures and branch circuits, stainless steel ductwork and all fittings, and temperature and humidity sensors. 4. New sprinkler heads and branch piping. 5. New nitrogen and compressed air piping, valves, hangers and supports. 6. Engagement of professional clean room cleaning firm for cleaning and disinfection of ceilings, walls, floors, cabinetry, shelving and work surfaces according to USP 797 guidelines. Vendor must possess experience with similar pharmaceutical clients and FDA compliance. 7. Engagement and oversight of validation firm completing remaining validation.
