Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construct a new DHCI on this same campus. The new DHCI will be planned for 150 beds at a budget of $50 million, and this will be a skilled nursing facility. Planning for this new facility anticipates that all basic patient services will be provided in the facility including, but not limited to, the following: • Facility Administration Office Area • Medical Records Storage • Patient Rooms • Kitchen w/ Loading Dock and trash disposal facilities • Dining Hall • Medical Exam Rooms • Dental Care • Pharmacy • Laundry • Nurse Stations • Staff Training • Multi-purpose/Activities/Exercise/Visitation Rooms • Chapel • Grounds Improvements for bus circulation, patient walking trails, courtyards, and a pavilion
