Specifications include, but are not limited to: This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA) in conjunction with the Indiana Management Performance Hub (MPH). This RFP requests responses from potential vendors with expertise and practical knowledge of Data Product Delivery services, including but not limited to, data governance, data architecture, data engineering, data science, data analytics, data-driven algorithm development, and data project management applied to complex, multifaceted problems. It is the intent of IDOA to solicit responses to this RFP in accordance with this Scope of Work and specifications contained in the RFP. This RFP will result in a quantity purchase agreement (QPA) for the aforementioned Data Product Delivery services. This QPA will be managed by the MPH on behalf of all State agencies and other governmental bodies. The QPA that results from this RFP shall establish a pre-qualified group of vendors to be utilized by MPH, and all State agencies and other state governmental bodies, as needed for Data Product Delivery services. The Contractor(s) shall not provide Data Product Delivery services until a Statement of Work, as described in Section 5 of this document, has also been executed.
